Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Ratlam, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Responsibilities include managing insurance sales, offering expert advice on insurance products, and assisting clients in choosing tailored insurance policies to meet their financial needs. The Insurance Agent will also provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients and staying updated with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Products, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and related principles
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
