Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Kolhapur with flexibility for partial work from home. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate documentation for insurance policies. The role also involves guiding clients on suitable insurance plans and addressing their financial protection needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance policies, and Insurance Brokerage
• Familiarity with Finance concepts related to insurance and financial planning
• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant work experience in the insurance sector; certifications in insurance are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
