Lead initiatives for automation and digital transformation within the section. Qualifications and Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISA, TUV Functional Safety) is a plus. Experience Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in instrumentation and control, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in power plants is must. Technical Skills Proficiency in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and SCADA systems. Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, ISA, and ANSI. Familiarity with HAZOP, SIL assessments, and functional safety principles. Expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments.
