Position: Sr. Technician / Foreman Instrumentation Department

Location:

Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd., Alwar (Rajasthan)

Experience:

3 to 8 years in industrial instrumentation maintenance, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector.

Qualification:

• ITI in Instrumentation (mandatory)
• or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of plant instrumentation (pneumatic, electronic, control valves, transmitters, analyzers, etc.).
• Supervise a team of technicians and assign daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols in all maintenance and operational activities.
• Maintain records/logs for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Support plant operationsconduct loop checking, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Work closely with process engineers, electrical, and mechanical teams for coordinated maintenance.
• Identify requirements for spare parts and consumables for instrumentation.
• Participate in audits, safety drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with DCS, PLC troubleshooting, and field instrumentation integration.
• Ensure timely reporting and rectification of faults/breakdowns.
