Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanics, ensuring their training and supervision, as well as scheduling their daily tasks for efficient workflow. Additionally, you will oversee mechanical project activities from installation to maintenance and repair, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Your role will also involve inspecting equipment, managing material usage, and maintaining records of repairs, parts, and equipment inventories. Troubleshooting mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will act as a communication bridge between the crew and management, providing updates on project progress, costs, and issues.
