Supervise and execute post-tensioning activities in accordance with project specifications and approved method statements. Coordinate daily work activities with the main contractor and ensure smooth workflow on site. Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize labor downtime. Monitor material usage, control wastage, and ensure proper handling and storage of equipment. Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with site safety regulations. Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain work quality. Train and guide workers to perform tasks with high workmanship and adhere to quality standards. Maintain daily progress records, report site updates to management, and support project planning.
