Job Description

Should have Greenfield/Brownfield project commissioning experience.
Knowledge of Package Systems, PLC / SCADA systems, and basic knowledge of HMI.
Knowledge of transmitters, valves, basic instrumentation, basic electrical systems, UPS systems, drives, PCC and MCC, motors.
Lead troubleshooting for resolution of major and critical failures/issues. Generate LFI and alerts based on major failures and safety incidents.
Follow and enforce applicable HSEF procedures, practices, and Group Safety Standards.
Carry out troubleshooting and provide support for major and critical failures/issues occurring at site, resulting in reduction of production loss.
Conduct performance monitoring and benchmarking of site E&I systems. Weekly monitoring and control of maintenance KPIs of E&I.
Implement and provide inputs to standardize best practices, group guidelines, and LFIs for reliability improvement specific to plant instrumentation systems. Govern plant asset renewal plan and obsolescence management.
Support major activities, minor projects, plant expansions, and modifications.
Carry out inspection, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety audits as required.
Release material and service PR and follow up as necessary.
Support knowledge management and documentation management.
Responsible for plant maintenance cost budgeting and optimization of resources.
Plan and organize jobs during turnaround/shutdown services.
Identify training needs for subordinates and support competency and skill development.
Experience in implementation and documentation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, and facing IMS audits.
Aim to achieve industry good maintenance practices and WCM standards.
Awareness of statutory compliances related to electrical equipment.
Work in line to achieve targeted maintenance KPIs.
Equipment healthiness monitoring and reporting.
Inventory management: Inspection and GRNs clearance of all material received against PRs, new material codes creation, inventory modeling of all spares, stock monitoring, and requisition creation to maintain optimum inventory levels.
Contractor management: Coordinate with various contract agencies to get jobs done as per job scope; job measurement sheet verification; train contractors on safety guidelines and job-specific procedures.

Skills Required

Good communication skills.
Able to prepare HITRA and job method statements specific to the jobs.
Familiarity with incident investigation tools such as RCA logic tree diagram and FMEA.
Exposure to CMMS software like APM Meridium.
SAP PM/MM module end-user experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
