Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems. Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards. Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and general arrangement drawings. Collaborate with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues. Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews. Provide input on pipe support design and selection. Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities. Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
