Job Description

Looking after overall shift Instrumentation maintenance activities of Carbon Plant in safe manner. To comply all the regulations and requirement as applicable. Duties and Responsibilities He assists IC-Engg / sectional in charge, for smooth functioning of the section. Ensure the availability and usage of PPEs Create safety awareness among the employees and shift officers by safety awareness sessions. Improvement activities to be driven in terms of safety aspect. He supervises all sectional activities related to breakdown / preventive maintenance / new installation and implementation of safety. He ensures job execution as per work instruction and carry out necessary inspection. He maintains all records, including safety records, relevant to his area of working. He assigns activities to subordinates as per priority and schedule. He is responsible for the on the job training to subordinates including safety. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma - Electrical / Electronic / Communication Engineering) Skill & Experience Set up and breakdown job handling in shift. SAP MS Office Experience : 3-7 Years’ minimum experience & at least 3-4 Years’ experience in similar role. Performance Goals/Expectations Achieve the 100 % machine operation efficiency targets. Meet Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Schedule targets.
