Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging, learner-centric course content from concept to completion. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create effective learning modules based on defined learning outcomes. Create detailed content, scripts, and storyboards for instructional videos. Design practice and final assessments aligned with course goals. Incorporate adult learning principles, instructional models like ADDIE or Blooms Taxonomy, and e-learning best practices. Develop practical, application-based activities to promote experiential learning. Ensure content is accurate, clear, and meets the needs of diverse learning audiences. Review content quality across formats and ensure alignment with instructional objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience in instructional design or course development. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design models. Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and quiz creation tools. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Creative thinking and attention to detail.
