Job Description

Associate - Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer job prepares course design in support of developing productive learning environments for the organizations various employees. Working independently under general supervision, this job develops and delivers web-based and in-person professional development programs, and provides effective uses of technology in all modes of instruction. This job also keeps abreast of best practices and current trends in instructional design and makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements Key Responsibilities and Duties

Applies creative methods of content delivery in the online, web-based, and in-person environments using appropriate technologies.
Develops engaging learning activates and course materials that improves retention and transfer of knowledge.
Designs and revises both new and established exercises and activities to enhance the learning process.
Develops and designs courses, curriculum, and supporting materials and programs for learning initiatives.
Evaluates and refines existing training and development programs to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
Implements feedback from course evaluation and program reviews to the current learning models.
Provides instructional design support to employees in various business units.

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred
