Instructional Designer

Job Description

We are seeking for an instructional designer who is motivated by ideas, has experience in teaching or training, and is passionate about transforming the learning process into a motivating and empowering one. Job Responsibilities As our instructional designer you are expected to perform the duties listed below: Actively sourcing new Sales Opportunities through cold-calling, Inbound, and Outbound leads. Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services and their benefits. Creating a sales pipeline to reflect the status of the sales. Effective Follow-up of Inbound and Outbound leads, understanding the requirement, and ensuring the deliverables and outcomes. Effective closing of sales and maintaining a long-lasting after-sales relationship with the prospect. Logging conversations had with prospects on CRM. Continuous improvement on conversion rates by up-selling, cross-selling, and understanding product-prospect fit. Nurturing the leads through educating them about the benefits of the product and advising prospects on suitable product selection based on their requirement. Skills Required Curriculum and lesson planning abilities. Understanding of HTML and Flash programming basics. Solid familiarity with at least one learning management system and course development software Storyboarding abilities and proficiency with visual design (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator). Ability to produce appealing advertising copy, how-to instructions, and audio and video scripts. BS or MA in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field
