â–ª Ability to prioritise tasks according to the needs of the team
â–ª Proven ability to write Learning Objectives
â–ª Excellent attention to detail
â–ª Strong analytical, written and communication skills in English language
â–ª Ability to work with and engage with global staff at all levels
â–ª Strong Outlook experience
â–ª MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint experience
â–ª Ability to adapt quickly to internal and external change
â–ª Willingness to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing demands of the role
Desirable:
â–ª Relevant training qualifications in training design
â–ª Experience working in a training team; preferably in a Compliance or HR environment
