Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Instructional Designer located in Gurugram. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing engaging and interactive learning materials, designing course content, creating assessments, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and curriculum design
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in video production, graphic design, or multimedia development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
