Overview:

Instructional Designer & Content Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, scenario-based learning, simulations, and gamification modules using

  Articulate Storyline 360

  .
• Administer and manage LMS platforms (e.g., SmartWinnr, SuccessFactors, Moodle) including course uploads, learner tracking, analytics, and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with the COE team to meet content production timelines and deliverables.
  
• Define and structure content development processes, ensuring alignment with instructional best practices.
  
• Develop learning objectives and instructional design strategies tailored to target audiences.
  
• Create engaging, user-friendly content across multiple formats (eLearning, videos, blogs, presentations) while adhering to COE standards.
  
• Review and enhance the quality and relevance of training content, recommending improvements where necessary.
  
• Pitch creative content ideas for eLearning, instructional videos, microlearning, blogs, and social media, supporting new hire and continuous learning programs.
  
• Produce and edit multimedia content including images, PDFs, videos, and animations using tools like

  Camtasia, Photoshop, and PowerPoint

  .

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong application of instructional design principles to create user-focused learning solutions.
  
• Proven expertise with

  Articulate Storyline 360

  .
• Hands-on experience as an

  LMS Administrator

  (SmartWinnr/SuccessFactors/Moodle or similar).
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate learner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
  
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  
• Leadership qualities such as critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to see the "big picture".
  
• Experience developing ILT materials, Google Slides, and PowerPoint presentations.
  
• Ability to produce and edit microlearning videos and other multimedia content.
  
• Exposure to virtual and instructor-led training facilitation (preferred).
  
• Graduation required;

  postgraduate qualification preferred
