Must Have Skills

1.Proven experience as a Content Developer, E-learning Developer, or in a similar instructional role.2.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other e-learning authoring tools.3.Strong written communication skills and an ability to simplify complex information.4.Solid understanding of instructional design principles, especially ADDIE and adult learning theory.5.Experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.6.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or Moodle.7.Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

CTC Range :4 to 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)

Notice Period :Immediate - 30 Days
