Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will conduct needs analyses, develop instructional strategies, and design effective and engaging learning materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, creating curricula, managing learning projects, and ensuring content aligns with organizational goals and learner needs. The role also encompasses managing e-learning platforms and supporting training and development programs to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Storyboarding, Needs Analysis and identifying learner requirements to create tailored educational content
• Expertise in Instructional Design, incorporating learning science principles into content development
• Experience in Training & Development and implementing innovative learning solutions
• Skills in Learning Management and optimizing the use of learning platforms and tools
• Competency in Curriculum Development, designing effective and cohesive learning pathways
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with e-learning and blended learning methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience with technology-enabled learning platforms is a plus
