Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing and developing instructional materials, coordinating curriculum development, and overseeing training delivery. The role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the creation of effective and engaging learning solutions tailored to client requirements. Additionally, the candidate will support the management and optimization of Learning Management Systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of training and development initiatives.

• Skilled in Training & Development and Learning Management processes
• Experience in Curriculum Development for diverse learning groups
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for content creation and delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
