Instructional Designers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedInstructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum-aligned digital learning content for the coding and robotics program.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, animators, and video teams to develop engaging instructional materials.
• Create storyboards, scripts, lesson plans, books, and digital assets for asynchronous and synchronous learning.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Events, etc.) to structure content.
• Conduct needs analysis to determine learning goals and target audience profiles.
• Design formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Review and iterate content based on feedback from internal teams, educators, and learners.
• Ensure content is inclusive, age-appropriate, and aligned with Infinity Learn's pedagogy principles.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
• Must be from a technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
• Well-versed in coding languages such as Python and C.
• Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts into student-friendly content.
• Preferred experience in creating content for coding, robotics, AI, or STEM programs.
