Instructional Designer

• Work closely with

  business teams and stakeholders

  to identify learning needs and define the

  solution approach

  .


• Conduct

  Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  to develop a structured and comprehensive

  training curriculum

  .


• Create detailed

  content outlines, templates, and guidelines

  for training programs.


• Design

  instructional materials

  that align with industry standards and

  best practices

  .


• Collaborate with

  internal and client teams

  to develop

  engaging and effective training deliverables

  .


• Review training materials to

  ensure quality, consistency, and alignment

  with project objectives.


• Identify potential

  risks

  in the training process and provide

  mitigation strategies

  .


• Coach and mentor

  instructional designers and content developers

  to enhance their skills.


• Provide

  constructive feedback and guidance

  to team members on instructional design best practices.

  Qualifications & Skills:

  
  



• Bachelor s or Master s degree

  in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.



• 3+ years

  of experience in

  instructional design, content development, or learning experience design

  .


• Proficiency in

  learning theories, instructional strategies, and training methodologies

  .


• Experience in

  developing instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions

  .


• Strong knowledge of

  authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms

  .


• Excellent

  writing, editing, and content development

  skills.


• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
