We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer – Supervising Associate

What You’ll Do

Design engaging learning items, eLearning modules, and blended programs.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to build learner-focused solutions.
Write clear learning objectives, assessments, storyboards, and scripts.
Develop content using
Articulate Storyline, Rise, MS Office, and collaboration tools
.
Ensure quality, accessibility, and innovation in every project.
Mentor and guide junior instructional designers.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of instructional design experience.
Strong knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design.
Proven expertise in
Articulate Rise & Storyline 360
.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with global stakeholders.
Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
