Instructional Design Specialist

As a Network Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks, including Firewalls and related devices. You will be tasked with installing and integrating new server hardware and applications, as well as supporting and administering third-party applications. Ensuring network security and connectivity will be crucial aspects of your role. Monitoring network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency, and conducting tests to identify weaknesses will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and passwords. Your role will involve resolving any problems reported by end-users, defining network policies and procedures, and specifying system requirements to design effective solutions. Your experience should include hands-on expertise in networking, routing, and switching. You should also be familiar with backup and recovery software and methodologies. Installing and configuring L2, L3 switches, routers, and firewalls will be key components of your responsibilities as a Network Administrator. Overall, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the corporate network infrastructure.
