As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at Accenture's S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in helping clients from various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting innovative learning strategies and solutions, facilitating organizational change, and ensuring a smooth transition process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges, develop training curriculums through Training Needs Analysis, create detailed content outlines, design standards and guidelines for learning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective training materials. You will also be responsible for reviewing deliverables, identifying risks, providing feedback to enhance instructional design skills, and implementing new learning strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, along with at least 6 years of experience in content development and instructional design. Your expertise should extend to various training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. Additionally, you should be adept at using design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe.
