Job Description

Your role as an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture involves collaborating with client teams to address business problems through design, development, and delivery phases. Your primary responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing content outlines, designing learning solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, and providing feedback to enhance instructional design skills. You'll also be expected to identify and implement innovative learning strategies using industry standard design tools and possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems and develop solution approaches. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training curriculum. - Design high-quality content outlines and learning solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective training deliverables. - Review training deliverables to ensure quality standards are met. - Coach instructional designers and content developers. - Provide feedback to enhance instructional design skills. - Implement new and innovative learning strategies. - Utilize industry standard design tools effectively. - Work in a problem-solving global environment with cross-cultural competence. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation/Post Graduation in Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations. - 6+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Extensive experience in developing and delivering various training modalities. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.,
