Institutional Sales

As an Institutional Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to interact with institutional clients such as Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) to drive regular business growth. You will be tasked with increasing revenue, votes, and ranking from these institutional clients while spearheading servicing activities. It is essential that you possess existing relationships with Fund Houses, Insurance Companies, Banks, and FIIs to excel in this role. Your role will also involve analyzing the market trends and suggesting trading strategies accordingly. You will work closely with the research team to provide clients with valuable insights and advice. Proven skills in promoting various stocks in the market and developing effective strategies are crucial for success in this position. Maintaining cordial relationships with Dealers, Heads of Departments (HODs), Fund Managers, and collaborating with the research team for trading and fundamental calls will be key aspects of your daily activities. Regular client meetings will be necessary to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for making fresh empanelments and ensuring strong leadership, effective communication, deal strategy, time management, training, and coaching skills are effectively utilized in your role.
