Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales Representative to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on expanding and managing our institutional sales within the agrochemical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with internal teams including finance and trading to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow institutional client accounts
  • Identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Conduct product presentations and business development meetings
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with institutional clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, trading, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth deal closures
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
