Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage institutional & bulk sales channels for agrochemical products.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, distributors, and corporate buyers.
  • Drive sales growth by planning and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate large-scale supply contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for timely fulfillment of bulk orders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and institutional buyer meetings.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and share performance updates with management.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Agrochemical / Pesticide industry

    and institutional sales process.
  • Excellent

    negotiation, communication, and relationship management

    skills.
  • Ability to handle

    large B2B / institutional clients

    independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.


Qualification:

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Agriculture)

    or

    MBA in Marketing / Agribusiness Management

    preferred.

Salary:

Competitive CTC based on experience and industry standards.
