About the Role

NeverOwned is expanding its B2B business across bulk sales, corporate orders, and dealer/retail partnerships. We are looking for a high-energy Institutional Sales Lead who can take charge of driving sales through business buyers, including dealers, corporate accounts, and institutional clients.

You will work directly with the founding team, own key business relationships, and contribute to building a high-potential vertical with long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage B2B relationships across dealers, retailers, and corporate/institutional buyers
  • Drive sales for bulk orders of electronics and appliances through direct engagement and customized solutions
  • Identify and onboard Franchisees, channel partners and dealers across regions
  • Handle inquiries for bulk and corporate requirements, including (but not limited to) corporate gifting
  • Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery
  • Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and CRM discipline
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales (electronics, consumer goods, retail, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with an ability to manage clients independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile setup
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus but not mandatory
