Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Institute Head located in Patna. The Institute Head will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the institute, ensuring smooth implementation of skill development programs, and achieving planned outcomes. This includes overseeing staff performance, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and promoting learner-centric initiatives to enhance the impact of the training programs. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative activities, coordinating with employers for placement support, and ensuring compliance with the organization's guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building partnerships, and coordinating with external organizations
  • Expertise in vocational education, training programs, and employability-oriented initiatives
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance to institutional policies
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in skill development, training methodologies, and placement services
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Management, or related fields
  • Prior experience in managing a vocational training institute or similar educational establishment is an added advantage
