Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management. Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management. Experience:3-5 years of industry experience with reputed hospitality brands (minimum at a supervisory level).3-5 years of academic experience in reputed hospitality institutes (minimum as Assistant/Associate Professor or HOD). Skills and Traits:Strong leadership and organizational skills.Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate.Awareness of local aspirations and cultural context.Strong network and connections within the hospitality industry.
