Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Institute Head located in Patna. The Institute Head will oversee the daily B2C operations of the institute, manage faculty and staff, ensure the effectiveness of training programs, and maintain high standards of education and training delivery. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, liaising with industry partners, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Experience in training and education sector with an understanding of vocational skills training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools
• Experience in liaising with industry partners and governmental bodies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
• Experience in managing large teams and administrative capabilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the education and training sector
