Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Installer Manager specializing in Tamil and Malayalam language support. The Installer Manager will oversee the installation process, manage installation teams, ensure timely and high-quality installations, and provide language-specific customer support. The role also involves coordinating between departments and handling any installation issues that arise. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam
• Experience in managing installation teams and processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle installation issues efficiently
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in management or a related field
