Installation Engineer

Our mission is to reduce operational downtime and enhance performance through reliable service, innovation, and AI-driven insights.  Job Summary The Installation Engineer will be responsible for on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial cranes and lifting equipment. This role demands a hands-on approach, technical accuracy, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of various types of cranes (EOT, Gantry, Jib, etc.) as per project requirements. • Review and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, and mechanical schematics. • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. • Conduct inspection and alignment of mechanical assemblies and ensure correct electrical terminations. • Perform load testing and performance validation of cranes post-installation. • Prepare detailed installation reports, inspection checklists, and commissioning documentation. • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. • Support service and maintenance teams for troubleshooting during handover or after commissioning Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience 0 to 2 years of experience in industrial equipment installation, preferably in cranes or heavy machinery. Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to travel are welcome. Skills Required • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electricals. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation. • Knowledge of safety standards and industrial installation procedures. Other Requirements Willingness to travel frequently and work at client sites across India.
