Social Media Influencer (Instagram)

About The Opportunity

We are building a high-impact creator program that partners with authentic Instagram creators to produce engaging short-form content and drive measurable brand outcomes. This remote role is ideal for creators who convert audiences into customers through compelling storytelling, product-led demonstrations, and strong community engagement.Role & Responsibilities
  • Create and publish high-quality Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Feed) that aligns with brand briefs and campaign goals.
  • Plan and manage a consistent content calendar to meet deliverables, deadlines, and seasonal campaign peaks.
  • Collaborate with brand partners on creative concepts, scripts, and product integrations while maintaining authentic voice.
  • Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-throughs, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.
  • Produce short-form video edits and assets suitable for paid amplification and cross-platform distribution.
  • Manage community interactions, respond to audience messages/comments, and escalate partnership opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Active Instagram account with demonstrable content portfolio or links to recent Reels/Stories.
  • Proven ability to create attention-grabbing short-form videos optimized for Reels and Stories.
  • Experience executing brand collaborations, product reviews, or affiliate campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency using Creator Studio / Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights to analyze performance.
  • Basic video/photo editing capability using mobile-first tools (Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar).
  • Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and coordinate with brand managers and creative teams.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with affiliate platforms, promo codes, or social commerce integrations.
  • Experience producing content for D2C, beauty, fashion, fitness, or tech consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with paid social best practices and creative optimization for ad campaigns.
