Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Create high-quality Reels, stories, posts, and carousels tailored for Instagram.
• Develop viral, trend-driven content ideas aligned with our brand tone and travel audience.
• Write crisp copy for captions that drive engagement, saves, and shares.
• Build storytelling-led content around destinations, customer stories, product features, and behind-the-scenes.

Brand & Visual Identity

• Maintain a uniform and premium brand aesthetic across the feed.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to create content that reflects Deyor’s energy and growth.

Growth & Analytics

• Track content performance and optimise based on insights.
• Understand Instagram algorithm behaviour, peak posting times, and audience preferences.
• Experiment with formats to drive follower growth, reach, and conversions.

Coordination & Execution

• Shoot on-ground content at destinations, offices, events, and partner locations when required.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Coordinate with editors, videographers, and influencers to scale content output.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Instagram content creation or social media.
• Strong understanding of current trends, hooks, and viral formats.
• Ability to shoot high-quality videos on phone or camera.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a modern, youthful tone.
• Basic editing knowledge (Reels, transitions, templates).
• Passion for travel and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-growth environment and handle rapid execution.
