Role Overview: You will be joining the sales team of Rectitude Consulting Services (RCS) as an Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into sales opportunities. This role demands proactive engagement, effective communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients using social media, networking events, and online research. - Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and other platforms to create interest in products/services. - Qualify leads to assess their potential as clients by understanding their needs and pain points. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients for continuous engagement. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and provide market trend insights. - Manage and update accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. - Provide regular updates on lead generation metrics, sales forecasts, and overall progress to the sales manager. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients. - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous. - Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
