Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at the company, your main responsibility will be to provide price and delivery quotes to customers within tight deadlines. You will also be required to maintain a close working relationship with the Outside Sales team to increase customer account penetration. Coordinating large quotes and orders with respective stakeholders, handling quality issues/RMA between sales & customers, updating system/customers backlog with latest contract prices, and addressing pricing & other issues between sales & customers will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will need to understand customer needs and requirements, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for customer requests and project implementation, and assist Outside Sales in various sales-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within tight deadlines. - Maintain a close working relationship with Outside Sales to increase customer account penetration. - Coordinate large quotes and orders with respective stakeholders. - Handle/coordinate quality issues/RMA between sales & customers. - Update system/customers backlog with latest contract prices. - Handle pricing & other issues between sales & customers. - Understand customer needs and requirements. - Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for customer requests and project implementation. - Assist Outside Sales in timely report submission, other sales-related matters, and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Diploma with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Administration. - Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced roles with expertise in time management, prioritization, and multitasking. - Able to work independently under tight deadlines. - Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint). - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure. - Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently. - Active listening skills and demonstrates a positive and helpful attitude.
