About the Role


dynamic Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume

    outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

    to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads by understanding business challenges and mapping them to WebMobril’s offerings.
  • Execute

    cold calling campaigns

    targeting IT services, SaaS, and tech decision-makers.
  • Identify key stakeholders including

    decision-makers, influencers, and end-users

  • Manage and update CRM (

    Clidex

    ) with accurate records, context, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Collaborate with

    Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success

    teams for smooth handovers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed

    SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and pipeline growth targets

    .
  • Use modern

    sales automation tools

    to track, optimize, and enhance outreach efforts.


Key Skills & Requirements


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales (IT/SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder identification and business acumen.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
