Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Tasks include managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Day-to-day activities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to maintain and manage customer relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in the student housing or real estate industry is an advantage

*open for rotational shifts and preferably from inside sales operations background .
