Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Conversion
: Engage with potential customers from inbound and outbound leads, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying clients.
Customer Consultation
: Explain NoBrokers property-related services (rent, buy, sell, property management, financial services, etc.) to prospective customers.
Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement
: Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
Product Knowledge
: Stay updated on all NoBroker products, plans, and offers to pitch solutions effectively.
Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Customer Support
: Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
Collaboration
: Coordinate with internal teams (field sales, servicing, operations) to ensure customer requirements are met.
Upselling & Cross-selling
: Identify opportunities to upsell premium services or cross-sell additional offerings.
Market Feedback
: Share customer insights and feedback with the product/management team for process improvements.
