Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Inside Sales Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales across global markets (EMEA and APAC), identifying and qualifying new leads, and nurturing prospects into business opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience while building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) to generate qualified leads.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients based on business needs and purchasing potential.
- Develop a strong understanding of Metayb s solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing insights, guidance, and excellent service.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and collaborate with the field sales team to drive conversions.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM, tracking pipeline progress and maintaining accurate data.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, share product information, and follow up diligently.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and professional sales journey, upholding company values and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4 6 years of proven inside sales or business development experience in global markets (EMEA/APAC/Africa preferred).
- Experience in the African market would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling challenges with a positive attitude.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and ability to apply it strategically.
