Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Management:

  • Proactively manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Lead Nurturing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Educate prospects on the value of our cloud solutions, including

    Cloud Assessment, Implementation, Migration (Hybrid, Multicloud), Cloud Managed Services, and Cloud FinOps.

  • Sales Cycle Management:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls and product demonstrations to articulate our value proposition effectively.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and strategy for future campaigns.
  • CRM & Reporting:

  • Diligently maintain and update lead and opportunity information in the company CRM.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    3+ years of proven experience in an inside sales or business development role, specifically within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Cloud Knowledge:

    A strong foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts is essential. Experience selling cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or related services is highly preferred.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing. Must be comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Must be able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a significant plus.
  • Work Ethic:

    A high-energy, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working night shifts in an office environment and is driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT.
