We are seeking an experienced, passionate and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales cycle for our solutions and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
Identify and develop qualified leads for our solutions and services in the defined territory Achieve and exceed assigned targets for qualified leads and other performance matrices. Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions & services. Schedule qualified meetings/demos for pre-sales consultants. Build and maintain contact database of clients and prospects. Coordinate and participate in targeted lead generation and nurturing campaign. Develop and maintain knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, target markets etc. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM
