Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our courses and programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web leads and . Make calls to prospective students and working professionals to generate interest in our courses. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs. Conduct course counseling sessions with prospective students. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and conversation details. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and nurturing strategies. Provide accurate information about course content, fees, and schedules. Assist in organizing demo sessions and collect feedback for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in edtech, training, or service-based industries. Strong communication and persuasion skills (in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred). Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for helping students.
