Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Outbound Calling:

   Engage with potential leads and parents to promote our kids’ learning programs.

• Lead Generation:

   Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Sales Conversion:

   Effectively communicate program benefits, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.

• CRM Management:

   Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress in the sales CRM.

• Customer Satisfaction:

   Provide excellent service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and address queries with care.

• Meet Targets:

   Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [add regional language if required].
• Confidence, persistence, and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems is a plus.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales career.
• Prior experience in tele sales, edtech, or customer service preferred (but not mandatory).
