We are now looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Daily Outbound Calling: Engage with potential leads and parents to promote our kids’ learning programs. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold calling and follow-ups. Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate program benefits, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress in the sales CRM. Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and address queries with care. Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [add regional language if required]. Confidence, persistence, and a customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems is a plus. A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales career.
