Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients globally who would benefit from niche managerial training programs. Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers (HR, L&D heads, and senior management). Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and position the training programs as tailored solutions to their challenges. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the clients team to create customized proposals and presentations. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and revenue. Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve training offerings and sales strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 2-5 years in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) or corporate training solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setup. Global Mindset: Experience working with international clients is a plus.
