Proposal Development: Collaborate with the clients team to create customized proposals and presentations. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and revenue. Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve training offerings and sales strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 2-5 years in inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) or corporate training solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
