Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct lead generation through research, online platforms (such as LinkedIn, directories, and databases), and digital tools. ● Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria. ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products and services. ● Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales staff or account managers. ● Maintain accurate records of all lead activities in CRM systems or spreadsheets. ● Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. ● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns and lead quality. ● Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads generated. Requirements: ● Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field (preferred). ● Strong research and communication skills. ● Proficiency with CRM systems and digital research tools. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
