As a leader in digital transformation, the company has empowered thousands of clients worldwide with innovative technology solutions, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and custom software development services. Offices are located in the United States and India. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct lead generation through research, online platforms (such as LinkedIn, directories, and databases), and digital tools. ● Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria. ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products and services. ● Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales staff or account managers. ● Maintain accurate records of all lead activities in CRM systems or spreadsheets. ● Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. ● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns and lead quality. ● Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads generated. Requirements: ● Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field (preferred). ● Strong research and communication skills. ● Proficiency with CRM systems and digital research tools. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
