Job Description

Inside Sales Executive Work Location: Noida Salary Range Up to 12 LPA Shift Timing: 7 PM IST - 4 AM IST Cab service both side Key Responsibilities: 1. High-Volume Outreach and Sales Execution: • Conduct 150+ cold calls every day targeting US and Canada companies. • Manage high-impact email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn automation sequences. • Implement structured and aggressive outbound strategies to generate qualified leads. 2. Target Market Focus: • Exclusively work with US and Canada mid-sized to enterprise companies ($50M$5B revenue). • Build strong engagement with CXOs, VPs, and Directors in Technology and Business Leadership roles. 3. Pipeline Generation and Management: • Drive consistent pipeline creation through innovative prospecting techniques. • Personalize outreach based on prospects industry, challenges, and transformation goals. 4. Collaboration and Reporting: • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to nurture prospects through the funnel. • Maintain daily activity reports, CRM updates, and sales dashboards with high accuracy. 5. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop leads. • Stay updated with market trends in digital transformation (Cloud, AI, Data, Automation). Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years proven experience in US/Canada market outbound prospecting (calls + emails + LinkedIn campaigns). • Strong cold calling skills with ability to maintain 150+ dials per day. • Experience running LinkedIn automation tools and email marketing workflows. • Deep understanding of digital transformation services (Cloud, AI, Data, App Modernization). • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. (MBA preferred.) • High energy, resilient, and performance-driven personality.
